Returns
Carolina Clutch will refund the full price, less 25% restocking fee, of any item purchased from Carolina Clutch, if returned in the condition received within 30 days of date of receipt. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. All returning items must be authorized before returning. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to Carolina Clutch. When returning, you must call and get instruction on returning. When returning, all parts must be in their original condition. Any parts not in their original condition will not accepted.
Special Ordered parts (parts not normally stocked, and special ordered from the manufaturer) are non-returnable.
