Warranty & Returns


All clutches, except racing clutches, come with the manufacturer's original warranty to be free from defects in workmanship and design for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first (90 days for racing clutches). All warranty returns must be pre-authorized to be inspected. All approved claims by the clutch manufacturer will be honored and we will reimburse to the customer the original purchase price or replace the original clutch. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price paid for the clutch. No labor claim will be honored. If wrong parts were shipped in our error, our liability is limited to the original purchase price. No labor claim will be honored.

Return policy

Carolina Clutch will refund the full price of non-installed parts, not including shipping charges, less 25% restocking fee, of any item purchased from Carolina Clutch, if returned in the condition received within 14 days of date of receipt. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted. All returning items must be authorized before returning. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to Carolina Clutch. When returning, you must call and get instruction on returning. When returning, all parts must be in their original condition. Any parts not in their original condition will not accepted.

Special ordered parts (parts not normally stocked, and special ordered from the manufaturer) are non-returnable.
